A plan for schools and academies

Every student gets Reputo Plus tools, and teachers build lessons around the existing free pages. Reality Session with practitioners is organized by class. Pricing is agreed based on student count and duration.

Middle schools, high schools, academies, and university career centers can give every student the same tools. We don't collect student lists. Students just sign in with their own Google accounts and enter a code.

What's included in the school plan

Plus tools for every student

During the plan period, every student can find careers by describing themselves, check off prep plan items and add notes, sync saved careers and role models through their account, and request a Reality Session with a practitioner.

A lesson sequence for teachers

Career exploration, comparisons, Career Signal, and prep plan pages are available without signing up. Follow the three lessons below without creating separate teaching materials.

One practitioner works on a task with five students for 60 minutes. Two careers are currently available: software engineer and entrepreneur.

A three-lesson sequence

All pages are free and require no sign-in. Students can use them directly on their own devices.

  1. Lesson 1: Explore careers

    Pick three careers based on activities you enjoy, read their guides, and save the careers you like on this device.

  2. Lesson 2: Compare two careers

    Compare two saved careers side by side, looking at personality fit, recommended majors, and Career Signal. Then choose one.

  3. Lesson 3: Prep plan and conversation

    Check off items in your chosen career's prep plan, then use the family conversation questions to pick a topic to discuss at home.

How it works

  1. The contact person submits the student count, grade level, and preferred timing through the form below.

  2. We discuss pricing by email based on student count and duration.

  3. Once we agree on the details, we send one school code to the contact person.

  4. Students sign in with their Google accounts and enter the code. Their Plus access starts that day and lasts for the agreed period.

Our commitments

  • We only collect the school contact person's details. We don't collect student lists or student contact details.

  • We don't store the self-descriptions students write to find careers on our servers.

  • Students' checked items and notes remain available to view after the plan ends.

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost?
There is no fixed price list. We'll reply with pricing based on student count, duration, and whether you include Reality Session.
Do we need to share students' personal information?
No. We don't collect student lists. Students sign in with their own Google accounts and enter the code. The school plan record only shows how many seats have been used.
What happens to students' records when the plan ends?
Checked items, notes, and careers and role models saved to their accounts remain available to view. To check off new items or edit notes, students need extended access or a personal Plus subscription.
What if a student already has Plus?
They keep access until the later of the two end dates. Applying a school code won't shorten their personal subscription.
